At Awaze UK we pride ourselves on our inclusive and collaborative culture. We recognise that every employee is an individual and work hard to create a workplace where everyone can feel welcome and comfortable enough to excel.
By embracing diversity we have created a team that truly represents our society. Every individual enhances our capability and makes a stronger, better workforce, eager to go the extra mile for our customers, owners and each other.
There are many reasons why I love coming to work each day. Working for such a brilliant company that is so successful, adaptable and always looking for fresh ideas inspires me. There are always great opportunities for progression within the business that I find motivating. The people play a huge part, as we have such great, talented staff and as a team we work together to be the best we can and are all determined for success.
Having been part of the Blue Chip family for nearly 9 years I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in the evolution of the business into the award winning company that it is today. I love working for such a friendly and successful business who always put the interests of their staff, guests and owners first. Many people aren’t lucky enough to wake up every day and look forward to coming into work, and thankfully being surrounded by such a talented, inspirational, fun, and driven team this is actually my reality!
One of the very best things about working in the regional Yorkshire office has to be visiting our lovely cottages. What could be better than driving through the gorgeous Dales scenery and inspecting the hard work of our amazing caretakers. The role is multifaceted, fully supporting our owners and guests, which the teams in our local offices excel at. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
I love the people I work with at Awaze UK. Down to earth, supportive, friendly, and passionate people, who really care about everything they do. Our business delivers "happiness". People book holidays to relax and be with loved ones and we help millions of people do this every year! Every day offers opportunity to learn, develop and advance in the ever-changing travel landscape. The commute isn’t bad either. Packed commuter trains? No thanks!
